Kim Clenney

Kim's practice includes representing individuals and businesses handling IRS and State tax disputes and taxpayer representation; tax planning and advice, tax return preparation, new business formation, contracts, wills, trusts and estates, asset protection planning, retirement planning, Bankruptcy--Individual and Business, and real estate disputes. Ms. Clenney graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Business of Administration from Troy State and a Juris Doctor from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Clenney is a mother and contributor to the local community. She is also a member of Immanuel Presbyterian Church, where she serves on the Finance Ministry.
